Gripple Fast Trak | Tool-Free Trapeze Bracket and Track System

A prefabricated trapeze support that goes up without threaded rod. Two slotted tracks are fixed to the soffit, the bracket's push-button cartridges grip them, and the bracket slides to the height you want and locks. There is nothing to cut, no rod to thread, no nuts to run down and nothing to drop from a ladder. The bracket carries cable basket, cable tray, ductwork, pipework or busbar, and the same four-sided bracket can take a second tier underneath it.

No MOQ - Buy the Pieces You Need

EVERY COMPONENT SOLD SINGLY - NO PACK QUANTITIES, NO TRADE ACCOUNT

• Buy one bracket and two tracks: that is a complete support. No kit to break open, no leftover sizes on the van.
• Mix the sizes: six bracket widths and two drop heights are on this page, so a run that changes width or height is still one order.
• Nothing to cut: tracks are pre-cut and brackets are pre-formed. No saw, no swarf, no hot works permit.
• Tool-free assembly: the cartridge grips the track by hand and releases the same way if the height needs changing.
⚠️ BEFORE YOU ORDER: ONE BRACKET NEEDS TWO TRACKS
A bracket on its own cannot be hung. Each bracket is suspended on a pair of tracks, so a single support point is 1 x bracket + 2 x track. Choose the bracket by the width you need to carry and the track by the drop from the soffit. Anchors into the structure, and the clamps or clips that hold the service in the bracket, are not included - both are chosen by the installer. Items shown in the images are for demonstration purposes.

Why use Fast Trak?

A conventional trapeze starts as raw material. Threaded rod is cut to length, deburred and run down with nuts and washers at both ends; strut channel is cut, deburred and drilled. All of it happens at height or on a bench, it produces offcuts, and on many sites the saw needs a hot works permit before it comes out at all. Changing the drop later means cutting again.

Fast Trak arrives ready-to-fit. The pre-formed bracket and the tracks are already the right length, and the two lock together by hand. The drop is set by sliding the bracket and hand-bending the excess part, not by cutting, so a run that steps around an obstruction is adjusted rather than remade. The system is independently fire tested to 120 minutes under BS EN 1363-1:2020 and certified by Lloyd's Register, TUV, APAVE and IBMA.

Where is Fast Trak used?

Cable containment above all: basket, tray and ladder in risers, corridors and plant rooms. It also carries ductwork, pipework, busbar and small HVAC equipment, and the four-sided bracket suits multi-tier runs where power, data and mechanical services share one drop. It is particularly useful in refurbishment and in fit-out programmes where speed at height matters and hot works are restricted.

How to use?

  1. Work out the width you need to carry and the drop from the soffit, then pick one bracket and two tracks to suit.
  2. Fix the two tracks to the soffit at the bracket's spacing, using anchors suited to the structure.
  3. Offer the bracket up and push each cartridge onto its track; the cartridge grips as it goes on.
  4. Slide the bracket to the height you want and check it sits level. The cartridge holds at each position; if a track runs longer than you need, the surplus bends back by hand.
  5. Load the service into the bracket and fix it with the clamps or clips for that service, then check line and level before the run is loaded out.

No tools are needed to join the bracket to the track. Tools are only needed for the anchors that take the tracks, and for whatever clamps the service into the bracket.

📢 Technical & Safety Disclaimer:
The loads above are the rated capacities of the Fast Trak bracket and track assembly. A suspended run is only as strong as its weakest element: the anchors that take the tracks, and the clamps or clips that hold the service in the bracket, are selected by the installer and fall outside these figures. The fire performance stated applies to the complete Gripple assembly; substituting a non-Gripple track or fixing voids it. Responsibility and liability for system safety and load integrity remain with the user.
